• Each person may operate one account only.

• A valid email address.

Before processing withdrawals or large transactions, Cricex may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Cricex reserves the right to hold payments until verification is complete.

• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold.
• Providing false information may result in account suspension and balance confiscation.

Before placing any bet on Cricex, please read the specific rules for each market carefully. Bet acceptance is at Cricex's sole discretion, and Cricex reserves the right to void any bet without providing a reason.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50 and the maximum limit varies by market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Cricex reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Betting via bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.

Exploiting system vulnerabilities, colluding with others, or placing the same bet from multiple accounts are all considered fraud by Cricex and will result in immediate account closure.

Cricex supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.
• No additional charges on deposits.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be held pending investigation in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
